Join our dynamic Salesforce team as a QA Engineer, where you'll be pivotal in assuring the quality and reliability of our Quote-to-Cash processes. In this role, you'll blend expertise in manual and automated testing with a keen understanding of agile methodologies to support the development and execution of
comprehensive testing strategies. If you're passionate about quality, eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and driven to deliver results, we're looking for you.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance: Thoroughly conduct manual testing on our Quote-to-Cash tool to ensure it
meets rigorous standards of quality and efficiency.
● Test Development: Create detailed test cases for newly developed functionalities, ensuring
comprehensive coverage and understanding of new features.
● Automation Excellence: Automate core test cases using Selenium WebDriver and other
frameworks, enhancing our testing efficiency and reliability.
● Analysis and Reporting: Execute automation tests and analyze results to identify areas for
improvement, reporting back to the team with actionable insights.
● Collaborative Analysis: Work closely with the Product Management team to analyze
requirements, ensuring testing strategies align perfectly with business needs and product goals.
Qualifications
Experienced Tester: 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a solid foundation in both manual and automated testing techniques.
● Automation Skills: Proficiency in utilizing Java-based automation testing tools like Selenium WebDriver for UI testing of CRM systems, enhancing testing capabilities and efficiency through test automation expertise.
● Technical Acumen: A good understanding of JSON, REST/SOAP to ensure the quality of integrations and data exchange processes.
● Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
● API Testing Skills: Experience in API testing using tools like Postman is a plus, offering deeper insights into our application's performance and integration capabilities.
● Salesforce and ISTQB Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator, App Builder) and ISTQB certification are highly regarded, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance practices.
● Educational Background: A degree in STEM or Business, underlining a solid theoretical foundation to complement your practical skills.
