Overview
Are you a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert who thrives at the intersection of technology and marketing strategy? We're looking for a hands-on SFMC Consultant who can turn complex data and business requirements into intelligent, personalized customer experiences. From building multi-step journeys in Journey Builder to writing advanced AMPscript logic and managing data extensions, you'll play a critical role in shaping how we connect with our audience at scale and with precision.
Core Responsibilities
- Campaign Development: Building, testing, and deploying journeys and campaigns in Journey Builder and Email Studio.
- Technical Implementation: Coding with AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for personalization and segmentation.
- Data Management: Handling data migrations, subscriber segmentation, and data extension architecture.
- Integrations: Connecting SFMC with CRM (Marketing Cloud Connect) and third-party systems.
- Analytics & Optimization: Analyzing campaign metrics, performing A/B testing, and managing deliverability.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Technical: SQL (advanced), AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Platform Modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, Contact Builder.
- Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, and strong communication for consulting with stakeholders.
Typical Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, often requiring agency or consulting experience.
- Certification: Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, or related field.
