Job Description

  • You will take over the management of projects and advise our customers in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud 
  • Design cross-platform integrations to enable best-practice architectural patterns for integration SFMC into other business platforms such as Websites, Data Cloud or Salesforce Core Cloud 
  • Your area of responsibility in customer projects is diverse. You are expected to lead workshops with customers, you will evaluate the technical realization of customer requirements, you will be responsible for design and the implementation process and act as an interface between customers and our development teams. 
  • Support our junior consultants within the Marketing Cloud team with knowledge and professional guidance. 
  • Participate in pre-sales activities if you are interested.

Qualifications

  • You hold a degree in (business) informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable degree
  • You have a strong affinity for marketing automation, CRM and digital transformations and have extensive knowledge of the configuration options with Marketing Cloud or Pardot including the different marketing automation possibilities like Journey Builder or Automation Studio and understand the handshake between Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud and CMS systems. 
  • You have gained about 5 years’ experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ideally have Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant or Pardot Consultant. 
  • You speak business German and English fluently and convince with your communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Proximity to script languages, databases, APIs and web development. Very good knowledge of HTML, SQL, JavaScript and AMPscript. 
  • Technical affinity and enthusiasm for new, innovative concepts.
