What You'll Be Doing:
Client Engagement & Advisory:
- Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions and roadmaps.
- Provide strategic advice on platform capabilities, adoption, governance, and optimisation.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Present solution recommendations, demonstrations, and project updates to clients.
Solution Design & Delivery:
- Lead functional design across Salesforce implementations and enhancement programs.
- Develop user stories, business requirements, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate future-state process design and business transformation initiatives.
- Ensure solution designs align with Salesforce best practice and minimise unnecessary customisation.
- Support solution demonstrations, proof of concepts, prototypes, and user acceptance activities.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Provide expertise across core Salesforce platform capabilities including CRM, automation, analytics, customer engagement, integration, and platform governance.
- Maintain current knowledge of Salesforce product innovations, releases, and ecosystem trends.
- Advocate for scalable, maintainable, and customer-centric platform solutions.
- Support platform adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Leadership:
- Mentor and support consultants across projects.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities including proposals, solution shaping, and client presentations.
- Participate in recruitment, capability development, and practice growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years' experience delivering Salesforce consulting services in a client-facing environment.
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and design business solutions.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and implementation best practices.
- Salesforce certifications relevant to consulting, business analysis, administration, or solution design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Consulting mindset with strong commercial awareness and a focus on client outcomes.
- Ability to lead workstreams and mentor junior consultants.
