The Role: Senior Salesforce Developer

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. You'll play a vital role in architecting and shaping how we use Salesforce to support our business and customers, focusing on building robust, scalable solutions using a combination of declarative and programmatic tools. Your expertise will be key to enhancing our platform and driving innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex Flows to automate business processes and enhance user productivity.
  • Design and build guided user experiences using Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
  • Design and build solutions that favor declarative tools like OmniStudio for complex business logic, while using code for specialized requirements.
  • Lead and support CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient deployments from development to production.
  • Provide advanced technical support for escalated user and production issues, troubleshooting complex code and system integrations.
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and other internal or third-party systems using APIs.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure best practices are followed and knowledge is shared.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all custom development and integrations.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a skilled developer who thrives in a collaborative environment. Here's what makes you a great fit:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer or in a related technical role.
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II is required; additional certifications like Application Architect or System Architect are a plus.
  • Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, and SOQL.
  • Proven experience developing with Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with a focus on Service Cloud.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
  • Knowledge of Experience Cloud, Einstein, and AI chatbots is a plus.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
  • You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
