As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a key role in realizing the full capability of our CRM ecosystem. You will design, build, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that enable business growth, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.
You will lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications and integrations while ensuring adherence to best practices in security, performance, and maintainability. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide the organization toward Salesforce platform excellence.
A key focus for this role will be enabling omni-channel capabilities within Salesforce to ensure accurate performance and utilization reporting. Additionally, you will assess and optimize workflows to identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven enhancements, ensuring the platform supports future scalability and efficiency.

WHAT WILL YOU DO- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions and integrations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external applications using APIs and middleware.
- Guide users in formulating requirements and provide expert recommendations on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
- Develop, test, and document Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages.
- Plan and implement system enhancements, new releases, and platform upgrades.
- Evaluate, design, and implement omni-channel functionality and reporting dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making.
- Explore, prototype, and recommend automation and AI-driven solutions to optimize existing workflows and resource utilization.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and end-user materials, including trail mixes and process guides.
- Provide mentorship to other developers or administrators, sharing best practices in Salesforce development and architecture.

YOU HAVE…
- Have hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing API integrations and middleware solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, and automation tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, permissions, and data modeling.
- Experience migrating data and metadata across Salesforce environments using CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in iterative development processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and organizational skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II or other advanced Salesforce certifications (preferred).
