What you'll do:
- Build & Deploy: Develop and maintain high-quality features using Apex and modern Salesforce tools.Use AI-powered assistants to generate clean, scalable Apex and LWC code. You’ll be encouraged to find new ways AI can speed up our development lifecycle.
- Collaborate: Partner with Product Managers to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, functional technical solutions.
- Modernize: Work within a professional development ecosystem using Salesforce DX, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines (no more messy change sets!).
- Own the Release: Partner with our DevOps strategy to deploy features using SFDX and CI/CD, ensuring every release is backed by AI-generated test suites and documentation.
- Ensure Quality: Take pride in your craft by writing robust unit tests and conducting thoughtful code reviews to keep our production environment stable and secure. What you'll bring:
- The Foundation: 7+ years of software development experience, with a solid track record in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Technical Skillset: You’re comfortable with Apex, SOQL, and the Visualforce Framework. You know your way around Governor Limits and Salesforce security models.
- Integration Savvy: Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems.
- Best Practices: You believe in "Clicks over Code" where it makes sense, but you know exactly when to jump into the IDE to build something custom and powerful.
