Job Description

Our Business Platforms team develops and manages integrated digital platforms that support various business functions, efficiency, connectivity, and innovation across the organization. They are experts in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems (CMS), Information Technology Management Systems (ITMS), E-Commerce, Intranet and InsurTech. 

As a Salesforce Integration Developer at Endava you will work with product managers, architects, technical leads, and software engineers responsible for developing and deploying Salesforce applications, as well as integrating other applications in the ecosystem, such as Tableu, Kontent.AI and GCP (Streaming Solution).

Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide advice in Salesforce technical areas.
  • Develop a solid technical architecture and system design.
  • Break down complex technical designs into manageable elements.
  • Respectfully challenge ambiguity or use of Salesforce in ways it wasn't intended to be used, whilst being adaptive and open to new ideas.
  • Configure or develop new functionalities on top of Salesforce, using standard techniques for extending the platform.
  • Provide active guidance on best practices and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in sandbox management and deployments.
  • Oversee work assigned to offshore technical resources.
  • Participate in software design meetings and provide technical insights.
  • Prepare technical specifications and documentation for installations and maintenance.
  • Deliver presentations to technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with PD-I certification (PD-2 preferred).
  • Proficiency in Lightning (LWC / Aura), Flows, Process Builder & Workflows.
  • Functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with GITHUB and integration with Tableu, GCP and Kontent.AI (Or other CMS).
  • Experience with SOAP/REST API integrations, SOQL queries, Apex Class, Triggers, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with field-level security, profiles, sharing rules, and audit trails
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with various audiences
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with Managed and Unmanaged Packages
  • Knowledge of Streaming API, Change Data Capture, or Platform Events is a plus.
