Suger is a revenue platform that helps our customers grow on the fastest growing B2B sales channel: the cloud marketplaces of AWS, Azure, GCP, and Alibaba. Launched in 2022, we take the tech debt out of marketplace sales by providing an API-first approach to quote to cash and billing processes. We’re working with over 200 B2B customers, ranging from large enterprises like Snowflake and Intel to fast growing startups like Glean and Vanta.
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support our business processes. If you're passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and love working across the stack, this role is for you. You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining applications that integrate seamlessly with Salesforce, using modern technologies to enhance our CRM and business processes.

What You'll Do
- Design and implement solutions using Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs to enhance our platform's functionality.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Suger and other external systems using RESTful APIs.
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, triggers, and automation processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Work directly with customers to help with implementation or troubleshooting.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and new features and recommend improvements.
- Support and troubleshoot issues in Salesforce and related integrations.
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer with at least 3+ years experience in Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, and integration with external systems.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS industries is a plus.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or other relevant certifications a plus.
- Experience with Github CI/CD and integration testing is a great bonus, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
