Job Description

Responsibilities:
 

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and asynchronous processing frameworks.
• Lead the technical architecture, security model, and performance tuning for Experience Cloud (Communities) implementations, ensuring seamless self-service and collaboration portals for external stakeholders.
• Architect robust REST/SOAP API integrations connecting Salesforce with enterprise ERPs, middleware, data warehouses, and third-party systems.
• Re-engineer existing legacy processes and system architecture to maximize speed, scalability, and maintainability across core business instances.
• Implement and optimize modern AI solutions on Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, or Custom AI Agent workflows) to automate complex support and sales processes.
• Build and maintain API/middleware pipelines to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, or third-party AI frameworks into Salesforce user interfaces and backend workflows.
• Leverage modern AI-assisted engineering practices (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or cursor-based workflows) to accelerate development lifecycles, enforce code quality, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and executive stakeholders to evaluate incoming project requests, refine technical roadmaps, and mitigate execution risks.
• Enforce modern CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, branch management strategies, and automated testing frameworks across sandbox and production deployments.
• Collaborate closely with peer developers, administrators, and cross-functional team members through joint code reviews, technical alignment discussions, and shared engineering best practices to maintain high code quality and smooth team execution.
• Provide escalation-level production support for complex technical issues, Apex exceptions, and critical data flows.

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, and enterprise Flow architecture.
• Proven track record designing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities), including custom LWC portal components, audience targeting, and complex community security/sharing models.
• Practical exposure to or working familiarity with Salesforce AI features (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein tools, or Prompt Builder).
• Basic experience connecting AI services/LLMs via APIs into Salesforce, or leveraging modern AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) in daily developer workflows.
• Experience building web service integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML) and/or managing data migrations/ETL tools.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and architectural design skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical business leaders.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
• Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems, Billing, or complex revenue engine customizations.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise instance consolidations or multi-org migrations.
• Experience with Mulesoft.
