Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage regular cadence to communicate product road map and releases to both internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain custom components using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
- Support Salesforce org consolidation: metadata alignment, data migration, and permission harmonisation.
- Implement enhancements for CPQ and other Salesforce features.
- Collaborate with Admins and Architects to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD best practices.
- Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to support teams
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL).
- Exposure to multi-org consolidation and data migration.
- Experience with CPQ (custom or Salesforce CPQ) preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Education and Experience:
- BS/MS/ in Computer Science/related degree OR equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience.
