- Leads and manages cross-functional R&D programs from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely execution against milestones.
- Gathers, maintains, and continuously improves R&D analytics — including key metrics, KPIs, and operational data — to provide accurate and timely visibility into R&D performance.
- Conducts in-depth analysis of R&D programs and operations, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support data-driven decision-making for leadership.
- Develops and delivers executive-level presentations and reports summarizing R&D analytics, program status, and governance outcomes for senior stakeholders and leadership reviews.
- Defines, implements, and manages R&D program governance frameworks, including intake processes, prioritization criteria, escalation paths, and decision-making structures.
- Owns R&D-wide process governance, establishing standardized operating procedures, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality across all R&D teams.
- Serves as a central coordination point across R&D functions, facilitating collaboration, removing roadblocks, and ensuring transparency of program status, risks, and dependencies.
- Proven ability to plan, initiate, oversee, and guide cross-functional teams in executing complex programs and achieving project goals.
- Experience with generative and agentic AI tools and their application in program management and analytics workflows.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences, from individual contributors to executives.
- Ability to align program goals with business objectives, anticipate potential risks, build appropriate alert mechanisms and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in analyzing R&D data, metrics, and KPIs to surface actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across the R&D organization.

- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related field.
