Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting and developing innovative software solutions tailored to client needs. The Associate Specialist will leverage their expertise in a variety of technologies to contribute to Synechron’s strategic objectives, enhancing client satisfaction and business success through cutting-edge solutions.

Software Requirements

• Required:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other open-source technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and database systems.
  • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.

• Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.

Overall Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and develop tailored software solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions using diverse technology stacks.
• Work closely with project teams, contributing to the development of high-quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
• Participate in code and design reviews to ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest technology developments and trends, sharing knowledge with the team.
