We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer (f/m/x) to join our Customer Success Engineering team in Berlin, Schöneberg.
Your tasks
- Collaborate with the team members to translate user requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery
- Assist and support other team members in their development efforts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
- You improve the existing codebase and build new features from scratch
- Identify and take ownership of unused or underutilized platform features and decrease technical debt
- You take over maintenance and development of the two-way synchronization service with our core system
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, optimize system performance and ensure data integrity
- Maintain technical documentation
- Maintaining a keen awareness of new releases within the Salesforce ecosystem
Your Profile
- 5+ year experience working in Salesforce development
- Data driven and analytical mindset
- Effective communication skills
- Deep knowledge of key platform technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC/Web components, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
- Deep knowledge of relational databases, SOQL and SQL
- Comprehensive understanding of event-driven architecture
- Expertise in configuring standard platform functionalities versus building from scratch
- Strong Knowledge of SFDC Flows/Metadata/APIs
- Comfortable working within release-management and scrum frameworks
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
- You need to have fluent English (C1) and German is great to have as well
