We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of experience in designing, developing Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, deliver scalable solutions, and mentor junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design and development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, VF Page and Aura.
- Take responsibility of the end-to-end development process, to ensure that you deliver quality solutions that comply not only with business requirements but also follows salesforce security and performance best practices.
- Architect scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
- Implement advanced automation using Flows and Process Builder.
- Perform complex integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Guide code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects.
- Provide technical mentorship to development team.
- Strategic and analytical thinker, able to blend technology vision and business strategy to align technology with business objectives.
