As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. You will leverage your technical expertise in Salesforce development to create scalable and efficient solutions that drive organizational success. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Implement complex business logic and workflows to automate processes and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integration and Data Management
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and custom integrations.
- Design and implement data migration strategies to ensure accurate and seamless transfer of data between systems.
- Solution Design and Architecture
- Architect scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that adhere to best practices and design patterns.
- Perform code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Technical Leadership
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce development best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting professional growth within the team.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA testers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, providing guidance and recommendations as needed.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and updates, and evaluate their impact on existing solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the Salesforce platform.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, Middleware).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements and propose innovative solutions.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate professionally, concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivery high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget
