Position Description:
PAR is seeking a Senior Salesforce CPQ Administrator to support, configure, and optimize our Salesforce CPQ platform in support of global sales and revenue operations. This role focuses on CPQ administration, configuration, operational support, and governance while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Product, IT, and Development teams in a highly integrated, enterprise environment.

The Senior Salesforce CPQ Administrator is a critical member of the team who helps maximize the value of Salesforce CPQ by ensuring system stability, accuracy, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Working closely with Sales Operations, Product Management, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders, you will support solution delivery through CPQ configuration, environment management, operational support, and continuous platform optimization. You will collaborate with business partners to translate complex pricing and quoting requirements into scalable CPQ solutions while supporting Agile/Scrum delivery models.
The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce CPQ administration experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience supporting enterprise-scale sales organizations.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong hands-on experience administering Salesforce CPQ
• Configure and manage core CPQ features, including:
o Products, bundles, and product rules
o Pricing methods, discounting, and approvals
o Price rules, configuration rules, validation rules, and alerts
o Quote templates, document generation, and contract configurations
• Administer and optimize the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process in Salesforce
• Partner with Sales and Finance teams to support complex pricing models, renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle management
• Manage CPQ permissions, user access, profiles, and permission sets
• Support integrations with downstream and upstream systems, including:
o ERP, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition systems
o Order Management and provisioning platforms
• Monitor CPQ performance, data integrity, and user adoption
• Perform proactive system maintenance and operational support activities
• Support data management efforts, including:
o Product and price updates
o Data loads, imports, and synchronization processes
• Troubleshoot CPQ issues and collaborate with Developers to resolve defects
• Translate business and sales requirements into scalable CPQ configurations
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and business teams to improve quoting efficiency and user experience
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Support release management activities, including sandbox coordination, deployment validation, and post-release support
• Assist with DevOps processes, deployment readiness, and change management
• Maintain CPQ documentation, standards, and operational runbooks
Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification
• Experience supporting integrations between Salesforce CPQ and ERP or billing platforms
• Experience working with complex pricing structures, multi-currency, and multi-entity sales models
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Opportunity lifecycle management
• Experience working in large, distributed, enterprise Salesforce environments
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with Salesforce Billing or Revenue Cloud
• Exposure to Advanced Approvals and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Experience supporting renewals, amendments, and subscription-based pricing models
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools
• Basic understanding of Apex and declarative automation (Flows) from an admin/support perspective
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5–8 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with strong focus on Salesforce CPQ
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Finance, and technical teams
• A continuous learner, collaborative problem-solver, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
