Here are some of exciting tasks awaiting you:

  • Designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud solutions tailored to client goals
  • Leading workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into user stories and solution designs
  • Advising clients on CRM strategy, data architecture, and process optimisation
  • Supporting multi-cloud Salesforce projects and ensuring alignment between business and technology
  • Collaborating with development, UX/design, and content teams (onsite and/or offshore)
  • Preparing and presenting solution proposals, demos, and documentation
  • Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge sharing
  • Promoting reusability and scalability of solution components across engagements
  • Staying current with Salesforce product releases and industry trends
  • Supporting change management and adoption strategies for client teams

A mix of the following is the person we are looking for:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementations
  • Salesforce certifications are a strong plus (e.g. Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud, Administrator, Platform App Builder)
  • Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and project management tools
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Experience working in international and cross-functional teams is a plus
  • Onsite presence in Geneva is required
