What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce deployments across development, QA, staging, and production environments in Agile/Scrum settings.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Git and TeamCity.
- Utilize Salesforce DX (SFDX) CLI for source-driven development and metadata deployments.
- Manage version control, branching strategies, and release cycles.
- Handle sandbox provisioning, data seeding, and environment refreshes.
- Define and implement DevOps processes and automation for improved deployment efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with developers, admins, testers, and release managers to ensure deployment readiness.
- Maintain and manage backup strategies and rollback plans for Salesforce metadata and data.
- Provide technical expertise in resolving deployment-related issues, and work with stakeholders to drive root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and governance standards.
- Troubleshooting the application from Salesforce Admin.
What You'll Bring
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration & DevOps, including release management, CI/CD, and environment management.
- Strong understanding of SFDX CLI and source/metadata formats.
- Working Experience with CI/CD tools like Copado, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git.
- Strong understanding of branching and deployment strategies (feature branching, Git Flow, etc.).
- Understanding of DevSecOps - Static Application Security Testing (SonarQube or similar tool)
- Salesforce Sandbox Management, including seeding and refresh strategy.
- Salesforce Security model understanding profiles, permission sets, OWD, role hierarchy, and sharing settings.
- com Certification (Administrator, Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I minimum).
- Experience with declarative tools development: Flows, Reports & Dashboards.
- Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript within the Salesforce platform.
