Senior Salesforce Business Analyst/Functional Consultant, Digital, Data & IT

The team you will be part of

As our new Senior Business Analyst in our Salesforce Order Management team at GN, you will be a key link between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating needs into effective commercial platforms in GN Hearing. We are in the middle of a strategic program to replace our existing ERP solution.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration by engaging stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to decompose complex business processes into actionable and prioritized solution designs
• Facilitate structured workshops to gather, clarify, and validate business requirements with a focus on delivery timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria that support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and efficient solution delivery
• Create detailed documentation of business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Ensure alignment between business and delivery teams, clarifying project scope, milestones, and responsibilities while managing expectations on feasibility and outcomes
• Take the initiative to address risks and challenges within your scope, while communicating and resolving delivery obstacles across teams and different time zones

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you have:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Delivery Lead within Salesforce Order Management or a similar enterprise platform
• Project management skills including planning, stakeholder management, scope definition, and progress tracking
• A strategic mindset and delivery-oriented approach, with the ability to manage activities based on their importance to business and cross-functional alignment
• Experience working in agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery environments (experience with Azure DevOps)
• Good communication skills and the ability to bridge business needs and technical capabilities across teams
• Familiar with the hearing care industry or other regulated, service-driven environments is beneficial
