Job DescriptionBe the driving force behind our Salesforce success! As Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll manage platform administration, lead strategic initiatives, and deliver stakeholder-focused solutions that boost efficiency, security, and user experience.

Admin & Security: Manage users, roles, permissions, and audit controls
Projects & Governance: Lead Salesforce projects, maintain documentation, and uphold best practices
Data Quality: Oversee data cleansing, deduplication, validation rules, and compliance
Integrations: Manage integrations with tools like 3B Forms, MessageMedia, and Broadbean
👤 About You
5+ years in technical Salesforce roles (Admin or Developer)
Certified: Admin, Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin or Platform Developer I
Strong declarative skills (Flows, process automation, security)
Skilled in data management (SOQL/SOSL, validation checks) and deployment tools
Degree in Computer Science or related field
👍 Desirable Skills
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Copado, MuleSoft
Familiarity with Salesforce Health, Service, or Field Service Clouds
Experience in regulated environments (ISM, ISO27001) or healthcare sector
