Job Description
• Be the go-to expert for all things related to Service Cloud Solutions within the
Salesforce ecosystem.
• Configure and optimize Service Cloud components, including work orders, service
appointments, scheduling, and dispatching.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement Service Cloud best
practices and ensure alignment with business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Service Cloud -related issues and provide
technical guidance.
• Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they can effectively use
the platform and Service Cloud features.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices.
• Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views,
queues, reports, and dashboards
• Maintain security such as user accounts, mobile user accounts, sharing rules, user
roles, user profiles, field level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights
• Maintain overall system configuration and adhere to change control protocols
• Ensure that documentation as per processes, policies, application configuration,
and help related materials are maintained and up to date
• Manage the Salesforce ORG to ensure data integrity, security, and daily basic
audits
• Manage mass imports and exports of data
• Provide high quality support via ticket system
• Help with deployments (in a GitHub environment via the use of Visual Studio Code)
and work with the team towards continuous integration.
• Provide high-quality support to users with tasks and problem-solving technical
inquiries via ticket system and email.
• User creation, deactivation, and login assistance.
• Support End Users to clean, manipulate, and update data, using Excel, SOQL,
Import Wizard and Workbench.
• Support End Users to create and update reports and dashboards following best
practices.
• Customization of declarative components such as fields, page layouts, list views
and queues, while adhering to change control protocols.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory
requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal communication skills required. Proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in business process development and problem-solving.
- Minimum of 24 months of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201) certification required; App Builder certification is advantageous.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of logical constructions in problem-solving code syntax and formula creation.
- Proficient with data manipulation tools and techniques (Data Loader, Workbench, Excel, Plug-Ins).
- Well-versed in agile methodologies and processes.
- Demonstrated capability in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM best practices, Salesforce objects, and their interrelationships.
- Experience in managing change requests and evaluating the necessary efforts.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data management, including data storage and compliance with governmental limits.
- Experience in configuration auditing to ensure Salesforce systems meet required quality standards.
- Proven ability to create and maintain clear, concise documentation.
- Extensive experience in designing complex Flows.
- Competency in creating Approval Processes and Validation Rules.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with VS Code and DevOps Centre is a plus.
