The Senior Training Specialist is an integral member of the Sales Enablement team that supports the global sales and operations team and is responsible for training the very best talent for these teams. The Senior Training Specialist is accountable for the successful onboarding of new sales and operations team members as well as the ongoing training of existing team members on these teams. This role will lead and/or facilitate the execution of all sales and operations related trainings. As part of the Sales Enablement team, they will also take on other responsibilities within that team when appropriate, like hiring and quality assurance.
This role is Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM fully onsite and the candidate must be open to travel at least once a month to our San Jose location for training.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Manage the training process for all entry level positions in sales and operations.
Deliver engaging and effective onboarding and training sessions, leveraging your expertise to inspire and motivate.
Partner with Talent Development and Leadership to develop innovative training content and agendas that resonate with the team.
Monitor and achieve KPIs that lead to success within the role.
Consistently evaluate and refine training processes to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with Recruiting, Talent Development, Hiring Specialist, and Leadership to align strategies and objectives.
Conduct interviews and engage in the hiring process when needed.
Provide support if needed to the team’s quality assurance objectives, to ensure consistency and excellence in performance.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred in Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales training and facilitation.
Proficient understanding of Microsoft suite, familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE:
Work is primarily conducted in an office setting. Requires sitting at a desk or workstation for extended periods. Involves the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
Requires the ability to work Monday through Friday.
Requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Minimal physical effort in the day-to-day tasks.
This role will require travel.

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from co-workers, sales team, and supervisor.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems and regularly utilize independent judgement in matters of significance, including but not limited to developing new training for the global sales team. Requires basic analytical skills.

New hires generally start between $73,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year.
