Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Trainer to join our growing team. This role is critical in driving the development and success of both our internal sales team and external sales partners. You will be responsible for delivering sales training programs for different audiences and cultures, helping our team achieve sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for internal sales teams and external sales partners, ensuring that they meet business objectives.
  • Design training materials, presentations, and sales toolkits to support sales effectiveness and growth.
  • Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions, adapting the content to different learning styles and cultures.
  • Work closely with sales management to identify training needs and implement strategies to improve team performance.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs, using feedback and performance metrics to make improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices to ensure the relevance of the training materials.
  • Mentor and coach sales staff to help them develop key skills in communication, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with other trainers within the team and across the organization to ensure alignment in training methodologies and consistency in delivery.
  • Provide regular reporting on training outcomes, including the number of people trained, feedback from participants, and performance improvements.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales training, preferably working with both internal sales teams and external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality, engaging sales training that improves sales outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Turkish are required for specific roles).
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse teams and adapt training approaches accordingly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and coach individuals at various levels.
  • Stable and loyal work history, with solid experience and commitment to previous roles

Additional Information

  • This is an on-site position
  • Preference will be given to candidates based in Dubai. No relocation provided.
