In Ihrer Rolle als Senior Sales Territory Manager (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle im Vertrieb unserer innovativen Laser-Messtechniklösungen. Sie betreuen Bestandskunden, gewinnen neue Geschäftspartner und präsentieren unsere Produkte direkt an den Lasersystemen vor Ort. Dabei agieren Sie als technischer Ansprechpartner und strategischer Impulsgeber für unsere Kunden. 

Ihre Verantwortung

• Aktiver Vertrieb unserer Produkte im zugewiesenen Vertriebsgebiet (Region: Niederlande, Belgien, Nordwestdeutschland)
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie gezielte Neukundenakquise
• Durchführung von Produktdemonstrationen (Strahlprofilanalysatoren und Leistungsmessgeräte) direkt an den Lasersystemen unserer Kunden
• Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Partnerschaften mit OEM-Kunden
• Schnittstellenfunktion zu unseren CRM- und ERP-Systemen
• Mitwirkung bei der Budgetplanung
• Verantwortung für die Erreichung definierter Umsatzziele

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master oder Diplom) in einem naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Fachgebiet, idealerweise Physik oder Ingenieurwesen
• Eine für diese Rolle entsprechende Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von Laser- oder Messtechnik
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte Vertriebskompetenz und Erfahrung im Kundenbeziehungsmanagement
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigenmotivation
• Fähigkeit zur vorausschauenden Planung und konsequenten Umsetzung
• Die Position erfordert eine regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit von etwa 40–50 %
