Senior Sales Representative, Specialist Sales
Overview
The North LAC Consumer Core team is seeking a dynamic, strategically minded Senior Specialist Consumer Core Product to drive differentiation, adoption, and commercialization of Mastercard's key products.
Role
As a Specialist, you will support the Consumer Core sales specialist team across North LAC - including Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. You will support enablement, adoption, lifecycle management, and everyday support, ensuring every solution lands with excellence and delivers meaningful value to our clients and to Mastercard.
Job Responsibilities: • Support the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, commercialization, optimization, and portfolio lifecycle management for each solution across all our North LAC countries.• Helps with day to day operational processes: research, product performance, invoicing payment, sourcing, etc.• Works closely with regional teams, consumer core sales specialist in the markets and internal teams• Helps develop business plans for products in the market• Provides support to sales and customer facing teams with case by case support, related to the operational processes of consumer products. • Monitors product performance metrics at all stages of the product life cycle, and makes recommendations regarding solutions to challenges in the portfolio or product strategy• Manages processes related to local benefits. • Benchmarking

• Experience in product management and/or project management• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple different products and countries at the same time • Comfortable working with clients• Storytelling and communication skills, • Demonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviors (e.g. customer and stakeholder interactions) • Communication skills to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning of Mastercard consumer products and services
