We would like to offer you the position of Sr Sales Representative. The Sr Sales Representative will report to Capital Leader KSA, and will support the sales team within an assigned territory with new equipment installations, equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, demo inventory setup and customer in-service.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
  • Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D (Research and Development), Operations and Marketing.
  • Find different and innovative solutions in-line with market dynamics through Conducting hybrid interaction models including virtual and/or physical communications to accommodate Healthcare professionals (HCPs) and market needs.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preference will be given to candidates with a Medical, Clinical, Biomedical Engineering, or related Life Sciences background.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Capital Equipment experience, in addition to 2 years of clinical, medical device, or healthcare sales experience.
  • Experience in Neurosurgery, Spine, Navigation, Operating Room (OR), or related clinical environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and hospital environments.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and provide on-site customer support and training.
  • Professional presence with the ability to effectively engage healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
