The Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Relationship Manager to help cover our LATAM clients. This role will be part of a team dedicated to marketing our products and services to this client base with unique needs. Travel to clients will be required.

How You'll Help Take Us There

  • Market our trading capabilities to potential clients, focusing on emerging markets and BRL local government bonds in addition to all of our product capabilities including investment grade & high yield, euro bonds, rates & index product
  • Prospect new clients and increase existing client penetration as demonstrated through increased client inquiry
  • Increase trading volume as demonstrated through incremental revenues
  • Increase market share and staying ahead of any competition
  • Obtain and share user feedback and make thoughtful suggestions around systems enhancements, functionality and usability
  • Work well with product management, sales associates and analysts to achieve and exceed sales goals and maximize end-user training
  • Coordinate the development and refinement of marketing collateral, as needed, with the US Marketing team
  • Identify industry events to attend, as applicable

What We're Looking for

  • 8+ years’ significant experience in a sales or trading capacity
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian fixed income market
  • Existing rolodex of clients
  • Experience covering the buy side and has worked at a bank dealer desk or at a broker 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, extremely result oriented and tenacious
  • Passion for electronic markets and creating value add solutions for clients
  • Willingness to travel to prospect and expand client relationships
  • Sharp communication skills and ability to simplify complex solutions across multiple audiences, functions/disciplines and/or locations
  • Strong collaborator working closely with a small team of senior sales representatives based in Sao Paulo and Miami
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese required, Spanish a plus
