The Senior Sales Relationship Manager leads client relationships and drives revenue growth, manages a team, and executes sales strategy in the fixed-income market.

Supports senior relationship managers and institutional clients by providing product expertise, market insights, client onboarding, analytics, reporting, meeting preparation, training support, and follow-up. Maintains client and marketing materials, assists with industry events, and collaborates with sales, marketing, product, and technology teams. Uses AI-enabled workflows to automate reporting, analyze accounts, generate insights, and improve dealer engagement. Develops expertise in corporate bond markets and electronic trading platforms.

Support West Coast Sales and Senior Relationship Managers by providing client support, onboarding, analytics, reporting, and market/product knowledge for investment grade and high yield bonds. Assist with client materials, training, event logistics, and AI/data-driven automation to improve reporting and client engagement.

Support product management for fixed-income trading solutions: own and prioritize backlog, write/refine user stories, collaborate with engineering/UX/QA, analyze user and market data, track product metrics, engage stakeholders and clients, and help identify and prioritize AI-driven product opportunities.

Own reliability, stability, and performance of low-latency algorithmic and sequencer-based trading platforms. Troubleshoot production issues, manage releases and configurations, improve observability and automation, support client onboarding (FIX/API), conduct performance testing, mentor peers, and drive SRE best practices across teams.

Partner with Product Managers to define and prioritize features, own the product backlog and user stories, collaborate with engineering, UX and QA, analyze user/market data, track product metrics and ROI, support stakeholder demos and client meetings, and drive delivery of fixed-income trading solutions using Agile practices.
