The Senior Sales Relationship Manager leads client relationships and drives revenue growth, manages a team, and executes sales strategy in the fixed-income market.

Manage and grow relationships with Hong Kong-based institutional clients to drive platform adoption, trading volume, and client retention. Lead onboarding, training, and integration efforts, coordinate cross-functionally, develop account strategies, and travel regionally to support client coverage and business development.

The Accounts Receivable Associate will support AR functions, improve processes using data analysis and automation, and handle invoicing and reconciliations.

Own reliability, stability, and performance of low-latency algorithmic and sequencer-based trading platforms. Troubleshoot production issues, manage releases and configurations, improve observability and automation, support client onboarding (FIX/API), conduct performance testing, mentor peers, and drive SRE best practices across teams.

Partner with Product Managers to define and prioritize features, own the product backlog and user stories, collaborate with engineering, UX and QA, analyze user/market data, track product metrics and ROI, support stakeholder demos and client meetings, and drive delivery of fixed-income trading solutions using Agile practices.

Support payroll processing and administration for EMEA and APAC: collect and validate payroll inputs, liaise with local vendors, reconcile payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, handle employee inquiries, support year-end filings, and improve payroll processes while ensuring compliance and data privacy.
