In This Role
- Own execution of complex, high-impact, cross-functional sales programs, serving as primary owner from setup through post-program analysis while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives
- Maintain accurate program logic, eligibility, rules, timelines, approvals, and data structure in Salesforce and related systems to support advanced reporting, audit readiness, and governance standards
- Manage exceptions, edge cases, and non-standard scenarios within policy guardrails, proactively identifying execution risks and implementing corrective actions to prevent downstream impact
- Act as a subject-matter expert on sales programs, policies, and enforcement standards, championing compliance and policy integrity by identifying gaps, ambiguous scenarios, and recommending improvements
- Lead investigation of complex compliance issues, escalating with context and recommended outcomes as appropriate
- Partner cross-functionally to align program requirements across teams and systems, identify constraints, document process needs, and drive scalable execution improvements
- Collaborate with leadership to clarify program intent, approval criteria, and communication standards, and with Sales Enablement on communication strategy
- Provide guidance and informal coaching to Sales Program Specialists on program setup, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Partner with Business Analytics to interpret reporting on program performance, ROI, discount exposure, margin impact, and MAP enforcement trends, translating insights into clear risks, opportunities, and recommendations for leadership
- Identify recurring issues and inefficiencies, driving scalable process and system enhancements, including supporting testing and rollouts related to program execution and compliance
- Partner with the Sales Process Specialist to update and improve SOPs for sales program execution
- Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or program administration with demonstrated ownership of complex sales programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or relevant work experience
- Proficient experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Advanced attention to detail with the ability to balance accuracy and speed in high-impact environments
