POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr. Sales Optimization Manger will lead and optimize sales operations processes, with a specific focus on the effective utilization, customization, and management of Salesforce.com. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting sales team productivity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce administration and strategic operations in a fast paced environment
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute sales operations strategies to optimize the sales process and drive growth.

Design and implement dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales performance and pipeline health.

Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements.

Develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs
-
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce integrations with other tools and systems
-
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality within Salesforce
-
Provide actionable insights and analytics to guide sales strategy and decision-making
-
Perform regular audits and manage Salesforce data hygiene
-
Serve as the Salesforce expert and primary point of contact for sales teams

Train and enable sales teams on Salesforce best practices, workflows, and updates
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
-
A minimum of 10 years of relevant related experience with 5+ years of work experience required in Sales, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Sales Operations, and/or Strategy consulting.

Proven track record of implementing Salesforce solutions that drive sales productivity

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and integrations with third-party tools
-
Experience modeling complex problems, both conceptually and tactically (spreadsheets, analysis tools, visualization).

VBA, MySQL and/or database querying experience preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Excel necessary (SQL a plus).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills (SUMIFS, index/match and VLOOKUP, table formulas).

Strong understanding of CRM tools especially Salesforce.com

Self-motivation, with the desire and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Endless curiosity and a need to dive deeper for understanding.

Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
