Our Key Account Management Team has large goals ahead, and to make that happen, we need someone to jump in and drive all our business operations, accelerating sales, and taking care of those crucial non-sales tasks that currently slow down our team.  This role is absolutely key to bringing our big initiatives to life and scaling our strategic partnerships.

What you'll be doing:

  • Being our Go-To Person: You'll be the main point of contact (SPOC) for key cross-departmental collaborations, making sure we unlock growth enablers like Campaigns, Advertising, Marketing, and Analytics. 
  • Campaigns & Ads Guru: You'll ensure we ramp up campaign collaboration and deal sourcing, and effectively work with advertising to maximize local merchant use of Ads. 
  • Marketing Maverick: Make sure we're fully leveraging our marketing activities.
  • Data Detective: Ensure we're truly using all internal and external data to prioritize our Key Account Managers' (KAMs) daily activities and get the insights we need. 
  • Category Connector: Support collaboration with category teams, ensuring their input is in our sales strategy and their needs are captured. 
  • Operations Orchestrator: Facilitate and control the execution of operational tasks for the sales team – think preparing merchant presentations, managing event presence, supporting internal events, and quarterly portfolio reviews. Basically, you'll make sure KAMs are always taking the "next best actions" for each account. 
  • Incentive Innovator: Work with the sales enablement lead to manage incentive programs and other rebate programs to boost local merchant GMV. 
  • CRM Champion: Ensure our CRM adoption and reporting are fully in place and operational.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Excellent English proficiency (C1). If you know Czech, this will be an asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Experience with stakeholder management and fostering team collaboration—you’ve already worked on a similar position and know what it entails.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Effective time management skills, especially under deadlines.
  • Experience working with sales modules in CRM is a strong asset.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement, process design, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in project management and planning.
