Sr Sales Operations Specialist 

As a Sr Sales Operations Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our sales operations within the Building Automation business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sales processes, accurate data management, and effective sales support to drive business growth and operational excellence. You will report directly to our Director Sales Excellence – BA META, and you’ll work out of our Egypt or India location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization by streamlining operations, providing insightful sales analytics, and enabling the sales team to focus on delivering exceptional customer value.


Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Continuously improve the program of common sales processes (including content, tools, MOS, metrics, and operational tactics) that drive near-term world class sales performance. 
  • Assist in Developing, deploying, and maintaining a common curriculum and inventory of sales processes and solutions that deliver best in class execution on the key areas of salesforce deployment, opportunity pipeline and account planning. 
  • Support and optimize sales processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness of BA META sellers. 
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and other teams to ensure accurate sales data and reporting. 
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide operational support to BA META Leaders including order forecasting and pipeline management. 
  • Provide pipeline updates and analyses, offering insights for reviews at regional, global, and executive levels. 
  • Assist in the implementation of sales tools and methodologies to enhance sales performance. 
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and processes. Including the development and implementation of tactics to improve win rates/accelerate sales cycle improvements. 
  • Participate in AOP development processes, lead Annual Sales Quota deployment. 
  • Support cross-functionally within the CCO organization to bring in data-driven insights and drive actions for growth.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of transferrable experience in sales operations or sales support roles. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, data management, and sales analytics.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools relevant to sales operations. 
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights. 
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and pipeline management.

Training and Development Experience: Proven track record in developing and executing impactful training programs. 

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly. 

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when analyzing data and reporting findings.
