Department Summary
Our Sales team advocates for our products and the customers they serve. We've built a loyal customer base by selling consumers, retailers, affiliate partners, distributors and industry stakeholders on the DISH brands with authenticity. The sales department is critical to driving demand and creating strategic partnerships across the industry.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Senior Indirect Sales Operations Coordinator provides day-to-day support to EchoStar's Indirect sales teams and Local Retailer partners. This role serves as the vital operational and financial bridge between sales, warehouse, logistics, and corporate accounting teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly and financials are handled correctly. Acting as a critical compliance safeguard, this position ensures all transactions align with internal and external policies while directly impacting department KPIs.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations and seamless order maintenance
- Manage financial reconciliation, credit management, and the collection and application of customer payments and net terms
- Monitor and delegate action items in support of the department's KPIs, including Aged Open Orders and Open Balances
- Prepare complex financial reports, such as age trial balance statements, and research serial numbers to resolve discrepancies
- Liaise directly with warehouse and distribution teams on shipment logistics and file missing or damaged product claims
- Leverage AI-powered productivity tools to streamline report generation, customer communications, and database categorization
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):
- Strong skills in navigating Oracle ERP Modules and CRM systems to maintain and update accurate sales and customer records
- Deep understanding of logistics and customs processes, including international freight workflows, HTS/ECCN code lookups, and third-party freight claims platforms
- Expertise in data interpretation and tracking via AWS / Athena Query Builder, Google Sheets, and advanced Microsoft Excel features
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance, internal financial controls, Separation of Duties (SoD), and SOX workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with the ability to work independently and collaborate across internal teams
- AI literacy and the ability to apply AI prompts to automate manual administrative tasks and accelerate problem solving
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support or financial operations role
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:
- Oracle ERP Modules
- AWS / Athena Query Builder or similar advanced database tools
- SOX compliance workflows and financial controls

Compensation: $20.72/Hour - $29.60/Hour
