Job Summary
To deliver high-quality Sales Operations Support to customers and internal sales functions, while acting as a Site Manager.
Essential Functions
  • Nurture and develop a centre of operational excellence in our Canadian Subsidiary
  • Support satellite operations offices
  • To be responsible for the operating costs across the following functions: Customer Service/order management, Revenue Management/Order Fulfilment, Warehouse, and Inventory
  • To assist in the development of, and operate within, the 3 year strategic framework, and annual business plan.
  • To cascade objectives, targets and metrics to the regional team
  • To operate within agreed budgets/opex/financial models and delegated authorities
  • To ensure business compliance with all ZOLL corporate guidelines
  • To provide monthly metric submissions
  • To provide quarterly regional business reports
  • To provide management oversight and develop local management structures in line with and to support the Canadian Operations plan
  • To ensure sustained high levels of customer satisfaction for our Hospital, EMS, Public Safety, and ITAMAR customers and business partners, along with other ZOLL divisions as required
  • To continuously review, develop, and implement SOPs to support compliance with all regulatory and QA standards
  • Visit customers and business partners in support of the Sales team to continuously maintain and improve long-term customer satisfaction levels
  • Work in close partnership with Tech Service, Logistics and Sales Operations colleagues globally
  • Develop and leverage best practices in support of continuous improvement culture, and development of customer journey pathways, and standardized system workflows.
  • Oversee Canadian operations development initiatives as tasked by the European Operations Group Director
  • Act as a team lead to ensure operational audits, compliance checks, and essential processes are maintained within the Mississauga, ON office as well as any subsidiary that will be in Canada.
  • To support Key Metrics such as: Customer Service (order processing cycle time, speed of response to customers, order accuracy, etc), Logistics (Customer service levels/order fill rates, next day delivery, inventory turns, shipments per head, shipment accuracy, inventory write-off levels, etc), Customer Satisfaction, and Productivity measures as directed by the European Operations Director.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 4-6 years of budget responsibilities required and
  • 4-6 years of people management - demonstrable experience of hiring, developing and motivating high performing teams of professional staff. required and
  • 4-6 years of experience supporting an operational organization required and
  • 4-6 years of experience in providing operational support in a medical industry preferred

The annual salary for this position is:

$140,000.00 to $150,000.00

This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company’s bonus plans. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
