We are expanding our Revenue Operations function and looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our high-impact team. In this role, you will be a "force multiplier," acting as the link between data, processes, and execution. You won't just report on the "what"—you will dive into the "why" to identify gaps and build the scalable workflows that define our next phase of growth. 

By analyzing data, optimizing processes, and providing strategic insights, this position ensures that the sales team operates efficiently and effectively. Partnering  closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and BizTech, you will ensure our sales engine is predictable, trusted, and highly efficient. This role is designed for a strategic problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to drive growth through automation and deep data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
    • Establish the Rhythm: Design and lead the sales operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline health reviews, and QBRs. Partner with business analytics to build out scalable reporting. 
    • Architect & Optimize Processes: Identify bottlenecks  in the lead-to-close lifecycle. Map and refine workflows that remove friction for our reps.
    • Actionable Insights: Look past the "what" to find the "why." Perform deep-dive analyses to optimize win rates and highlight areas for performance improvement.
    • Analyze Sales Metrics: Identify trends and opportunities through in-depth data analysis.
    • Drive Innovation & AI Strategy: Actively identify opportunities to prototype AI-powered tools (e.g., analytics copilots, automated lead routing) to eliminate manual friction and enhance representative productivity.
    • Data Integrity & Governance: Partner with Business Analytics to refine reporting and act as a firm advocate for CRM hygiene—ensuring our data is a source of truth, not a point of confusion.
    • The Strategic Problem Solver: You thrive in problem-solving. You have the natural insight to identify gaps, the initiative to address them, and the interpersonal skills to collaboratively develop and implement solutions.

Requirements
    • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or a similar analytical GTM role within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
    • First-Principles Thinker: You can break down complex, ambiguous issues, test hypotheses, and develop structured solutions from the ground up.
    • Self-Starter: A high-urgency problem solver with a strong desire to get things done. You manage multiple projects with ease, maintain flexibility, and remain firm on process adoption and data standards.
    • Proven experience building or refining sales processes and operating rhythms from the ground up.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to distill complex data into a clear "so what?" for executive stakeholders.
    • Technical Stack: Experience with Salesforce and the modern RevOps stack (e.g. Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or similar).
