About the Role:

At Aviatrix, a hyper scale startup, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, you will serve as a critical enabler for our high-growth sales organization by not only ensuring flawless sales transactions and data accuracy but also by driving process optimization and automation initiatives at scale. You will work cross-functionally to lead enhancements in our Salesforce.com ecosystem (along with Clazar, LeanData, and Impartner), translate data insights into actionable strategies, and mentor team members to continually raise our operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Process & Transactional Support

  • Oversee and continuously refine the full sales transaction lifecycle in Salesforce.com—from opportunities to quotes and orders—ensuring seamless, error-free execution.
  • Own the deal registration workflow by managing tracking, approvals, and escalations while proactively identifying process bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other teams to troubleshoot complex transaction issues, enforce compliance, and drive operational improvements.

Sales Data & CRM Management

  • Lead initiatives to maintain and enhance the accuracy, integrity, and usability of sales data across Salesforce and related tools.
  • Develop and implement robust data governance and cleansing processes to support precise forecasting and strategic reporting.
  • Utilize advanced analytics (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL) to identify trends, forecast pipeline behavior, and inform strategic decision-making.

Process Optimization

  • Identify inefficiencies within current workflows and spearhead automation projects that reduce manual effort and scale operations.
  • Support training programs and best practices for the sales team, ensuring high levels of CRM adoption and data quality.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to integrate and leverage new systems and tools that further enhance operational efficiency.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Act as a bridge among Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Deal Desk, championing continuous improvement and aligning operational strategies with broader business goals.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales analytic teams by transforming complex data into clear, strategic narratives.
  • Lead special projects aimed at scaling revenue operations and driving measurable revenue performance improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role in high-growth, hyper scale environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements, managing CRM systems, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, with a deep understanding of sales processes and data management.
    • Expertise in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets and SQL (advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualization).
    • Experience with complementary sales tools (e.g., Clazar, LeanData, Impartner) and a keen ability to integrate new technologies into existing processes.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence teams.
    • A proactive, agile mindset that thrives in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.
