Meet the Team:
The EMEA Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a key role responsible for optimizing and streamlining the sales operations across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions. This role involves the establishment of standard sales operations processes, administering and calculating sales incentives, and creating CRM analytics & insights. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Where You Come In:
- Establish and document standard sales operations processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Implement best practices and process improvements across the sales organization.
- Monitor adherence to processes and provide ongoing support to ensure compliance and optimization.
- Design, implement, and manage sales incentive programs.
- Calculate and distribute sales incentive payments accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update incentive plans to reflect changes in the sales organization or market conditions.
- Enable better decision making through custom content delivered directly to users in the field via our CRM system.
- Conduct detailed analysis of sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Partner with
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights.
- Use data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and improve sales processes.
What Makes You Successful:
- Analytical with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, salesforce, Veeva My Insights).
- Experience with sales incentive plan design and administration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Pharma, Medical Device (Diabetes area) and Consulting is considered as an advantage.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €3,102.50 to €3,650.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
