We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Revenue Analyst to drive process improvement initiatives across our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role will focus on identifying opportunities for automation, scripting, and efficiency enhancements that directly impact revenue operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, experience with automation tools and a passion for driving operational excellence within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and GTM teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements through automation and scripting.
  • Utilize Workato for building automations, partner with IT to maintain and release new Workato recipes.
  • Develop and implement automations that streamline workflows and improve efficiency across Sales Operations, Customer Success, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure automations are aligned with business objectives and support key revenue processes.
  • Leverage modern GTM tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Slack, and Google Suite to support day-to-day operations and automations.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies, API integrations, and best practices to enhance process automation and data flow across systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automations and provide recommendations for long-term solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 3+ years of technical experience in process automation and working within revenue operations or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Workato or similar automation tools (Zapier, Python scripting, etc.) for process improvement.
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Slack, and Google Suite.
  • Experience working with APIs to create seamless integrations between systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and apply technology-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in a SaaS company and knowledge of revenue operations processes preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field is a plus, but not required.

The annual OTE for this position is $89,600 - $112,500 USD. 

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
