As part of our Business Operations team, you’ll be central to driving improvements in sales productivity and expanding our reporting and analytics capabilities. What you'll do:
- Develop and optimize sales metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Manage and enhance Salesforce.com dashboards, ensuring data accuracy for comprehensive reporting across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly timeframes.
- Analyze performance data and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership, helping to steer business direction.
- Streamline internal processes by extracting, analyzing, and leveraging data from various sources, including BI systems and Salesforce.
- Craft compelling presentations that highlight key metrics and provide clear insights for sales and executive teams.
- Lead process improvement projects to enhance productivity and support the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
- Dive deep into Everbridge’s global markets to support market segmentation, territory development, and customer analytics.
- A strategic thinker with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
What you'll bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS company, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Salesforce.com.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with NetSuite and Marketo (bonus to have)
