So, what’s the role all about?                  

We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Business Analyst to join the Global Sales Operation Team. The Analyst will be the primary contact, providing comprehensive support and overseeing analysis and administration for the Sales & Business Operations units assigned to them.

A successful candidate will build a strong relationship with Business & Sales Operations and manage their responsibilities with timeliness, accuracy, and diplomacy. 
We are looking for someone who is self-driven that can quickly master this role, and is excited to continue learning, take on new initiatives & be a driving force in ongoing projects.

The Sales Operations Analyst will be working alongside talented IT, Sales and Business professionals on a global scale helping us to enhance and automate the reporting tools and processes starting with the sales representative all the way to executive level. 


How will you make an impact?


  • Responsible for the ongoing validation and correctness of bookings for the assigned units.
  • Understanding the data structure of the unit, the booking plans, and the results.
  • Building meaningful relationship with main stakeholders within their unit and serve as main focal point for the unit's sales organization.
  • Participating leading several global tasks for the entire team
  • Providing ongoing support and resolve booking related inquiries and exceptions with the business operations teams
  • Helping streamline, automate, and improve end-to-end booking processes
  • Providing world-class customer service to our Business Operations & Sales Organization
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and report requests as needed


 Have you got what it takes?

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as data / operations analyst or program /project manager
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience REQUIRED. Computer savvy a must.
  • Experience with SalesForce & PowerBI - Advantage
  • Work experience in multi-national hi-tech organizations
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills & fluent in English
  • Independent, Quick learner and self-starter
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation and willingness to learn
  • Detail oriented, strong business acumen, deadline focused.
  • Proactive mentality on process improvements and issue resolutions
