  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Data & Analytics, and Commercial Enablement teams to support strategic initiatives and advance technology-enabled capabilities.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and appropriate use of sales data through rigorous quality control, documentation, and data governance practices.
  • Support territory planning, headcount management, account alignments and organizational planning.
  • Build and improve scalable workflows and self-service solutions that enable commercial teams to access insights more efficiently and reduce reliance on manual reporting.
  • Translate complex data, analytical findings, and AI-generated insights into clear, concise recommendations and executive-level presentations.
  • Continuously evaluate systems, tools, data sources, and processes and recommend scalable improvements that support organizational growth and evolving commercial needs.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales operations, business analytics, commercial operations or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with large datasets to identify patterns and trends and translate findings into business recommendations.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools, generative AI, AI assistants or copilots, automation platforms, advanced analytics, or low-code/no-code technologies in a business environment.
  • Knowledge of data quality, governance and validation principles, including evaluating outputs generated by automated or AI-enabled solutions.
