The Senior Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the sales effectiveness, customer excellence, and commercial transformation within Greater China.


About You

This position partners closely with China Commercial leaders, Sales Operations, and Finance to standardise processes, enhance Salesforce adoption, and improve both business performance and customer experience.


This role reports to the Director, Commercial Operations APAC w,issuesho is based in Singapore.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Demand consolidation with R&O incl. allocation and sales push communication​
  • Facilitate contracting and SAP/Jindie system maintenance, incl. bidding strategy, pricing proposal (ROI analysis), etc. ​
  • Coordinate supply issues, quality issue, NPD project, damaged meetings, execute regular deck operations, audits, stock clearance, plant audit, etc.​
  • Facilitate internal sales meeting, prepare meeting materials and track follow-ups​
  • Coordinate both internal and distributor training​
  • Salesforce & Commercial Tools Leadership 
  • Act as the China Salesforce lead, driving adoption, governance, and compliance
  • Managing, maintaining and training on SFDC
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights 
  • Partner with AP/Global Salesforce team to manage system enhancements, user support, and ongoing initiatives 
  • Customer Segmentation and RTM
  • Partner with China commercial teams to execution of customer segmentation and develop a framework for and support regularly business review deck and data.
  • Distribution RTM Support
  • Process Optimization 
  • Drive and implement process standardization and best practices.

·       This role is based in Xuhui District, Shanghai Gumei Road


What You’ll have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a operational sales operation role, good business acumen & hands-on operation experience
  • Must be number sensitive and able to work with big data
  • Experience in Sales Operations / Commercial Excellence / CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (both English & Mandarin)
  • Proactive mindset with confidence to challenge and identify opportunities
  • High level of ownership, adaptability, and customer-centric thinking

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in a sales operations or operational sales role
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or CRM
  • Salesforce (SFDC) experience
  • Experience with SAP/Jindie system maintenance
  • Strong numerical and data analysis skills; able to work with big data
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
