Our Region Central East Europe - Controlling Team is looking for a Business Controller for our Austrian and Switzerland Health Medical Business.

This position is limited to 1,5 years and can be filled full-time or part-time (min. 32 hours) at one of our Essity locations in Germany.

Your Role

  • Being a vital business partner and member of the local AT&CH Health and Medical cluster management team jointly driving the delivery of annual targets in line with Essity’s strategy

  • Actively contribute as member of the regional Finance and Controlling Lead team in driving finance excellence cross countries

  • Prepare monthly closings of Health and Medical results in line with Internal Control and best practice

  • Finance lead in coordinating the annual planning cycle in regards to forecast & budget process as well as securing local stakeholder alignment

  • Ensure all finance processes and procedures are in place, monitored and aligned to Internal Control standards at all times

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in Business Controlling, specifically within Sales and Marketing or Supply Chain

  • Demonstrated ability to act as a business partner and a strong team player

  • Exceptional numerical, analytical, and communication skills

  • Highly organized, focused, and determined to achieve goals

  • Fluent in both German and English

  • Strong system skills and IT literacy, including proficiency in SAP, Business Warehouse, and MS Office
