What you'll be doing:
- Driving delivery for your clients and managing your sales goal, pipeline and execution
- Developing and executing on strategic sales strategy and business plans for strategic key clients, prospects and delivery against our most strategic business objectives
- Deliver product feedback to operations leaders to ensure the voice of the customer is part of Quantcast’s DNA
- Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued results
- Partner with the Client Success team to develop industry relationships
- Effectively present Quantcast’s capabilities and offerings in the digital ad marketplace
- Attend and participate in industry events
- Analyse sales statistics to determine growth potential and work towards team KPIs and targets
- Provide mentorship to junior team members with outreach, proactive proposals, forecasting and any other tasks that will help the team achieve their revenue targets
What you'll bring to the role:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in media/advertising landscape with at least 2-3 years in a senior sales position
- A sales 'hunter' mentality
- Proven ability to source and pitch to prospects and clients, asking great discovery questions to find out what it is the client needs
- Interpersonal skills - you’re a confident communicator and are able to quickly build rapport with others
- A positive, can do attitude, but above all you’ll be a team player
- Have a sense of fun
