Location: CDMX- Monterrey -Guadalajara
Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours
Profile: College graduated (any major).
Qualifications: Sales experience required and Proficient in Microsoft Office package.

We are looking for someone with the ability to help us build collaborative and mutually-beneficial relationships with others while performing a role in our Sales team.
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company's commercial objectives. This role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a results-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute strategic sales plans that align the company's commercial goals with market needs.

Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and develop a sales team by setting clear goals and providing continuous coaching and feedback to maximize performance.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make necessary adjustments.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives.

Budget and Forecasting: Manage the sales budget, conduct sales forecasting, and report results to upper management.

Job Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
- Proven ability to communicate English (written and spoken)
