Introduction of role, purpose:

As a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will drive business growth by selling Experian’s data and solutions to the banking sector in Germany while building long-term customer relationships. You will also coordinate the internal sales team, represent the company at industry events, and identify market trends to enhance our offerings.

Main responsibilities, tasks, duties: 

  • Responsible for selling Experian data, software solutions and services in the core target group Banking with a focus on Germany
  • Drive business expansion by acquiring new customers in the Banking sector
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Identify new market opportunities and manage sales pipeline
  • Coordinate the internal selling team (from consultants to senior management) around your own customers 
  • Represent our company at industry events, in collaboration with other colleagues
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through excellent customer service and regular communication
  • Serve as the internal first point of contact for identifying market trends, customer needs, and innovation potential for the further development of Experian’s solution
  • Uphold and promote Experian’s core values in all interactions and activities.


Qualifikationen

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Several years of professional sales experience, ideally in the Finance & Banking sector
  • Proven track record in sales and new customer acquisition
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) 
  • Collaborative mindset: both in working with new clients and with internal stakeholders 
  • Understanding of data products and services
  • Experience in selling of complex SaaS solutions to clients
  • Content expertise and own network in Finance & Payment industry
