Job Family Summary:

This role is part of the Sales Operations and Market Strategy & Planning job family. This job family plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and optimizing our market strategy. They work closely with other teams to ensure alignment and execution of our sales strategies.

Job Description:

The Category/Sector/Channel MS&P role is a key contributor to the execution of business strategies. This role is responsible for enabling Sales teams to deliver NOS, share, and productivity targets. This includes providing insights into market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the effective implementation of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and execute strategies in team / organization
  • Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products
  • Collaborate effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning
  • Accomplish tasks as an individual contributor with limited supervision
  • Develop knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements
  • Awareness of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal stewardship requirements and act accordingly

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales operations or market strategy planning
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • A forward thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
