1、To manage sales activities and events in linewith the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget and salesstrategy for the hotel.
2、Handling of requests consideringyielding and establish offers for events and accommodation. Alloffers from room nights onwards mustbe counter-signed by Director of Catering Sales & Conference Services
3、Must ensure all meetings inquiries are handled within Meetings Successstandard procedures and always meet 2-hour turnaround standard.
4、Be informed on sales leads and business quoted to ensure business ismaximized. At all times, understand the client’s needs whilst optimising hotel revenue through strategic yield management and upselling of hotel facilities or service.
5、Support the Hotel Sales and Langham Meetings team with site inspections, client entertainment,familiarisations and other events that form part of the sales and marketingrevenue plan.
6、Close team work tosecure a complete client focus
7、3 years related experienceor an equivalent combination of education and experience
