About the Role:


Yusudi is excited to support Seamless HR in their quest for an experienced Senior Sales Manager for their East Africa operations. The role requires you to have a minimum of 7 years of enterprise sales experience in the SaaS space. You should have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of achieving multi-million dollar revenue targets in a fast-paced environment through direct selling and channels.



Requirements
Business Development:
  • You will achieve revenue goals and targets through net new account acquisitions.

  • You will acquire and onboard new large enterprise customers across all verticals in the assigned territory.

  • You will develop product-specific Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, including forecasting, setting targets, and pipeline management. 

  • You will identify and develop long-term strategic relationships with decision-makers and other key stakeholders.

Sales and Negotiation:
  • You will utilize metric-driven strategies, and persuasions, and engage in commercial negotiations to maximize company revenues.

  • You will attend weekly/monthly/quarterly review meetings with leadership.

Management and Leadership:
  • You will develop and lead a high-performing B2B sales team.

  • You will provide guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to nurture the team's professional growth.

  • You will establish transparent and frequent communication channels to keep the B2B team informed about their progress towards KPIs.

  • You will lead initiatives and build the sales function for the company.

About You:

Must Haves;

  • Minimum 7 Years of Enterprise Sales Experience in enterprise sales, preferably with a focus on SaaS within the East African market.

  • Minimum of 5 years of individual SaaS sales experience, showcasing a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS positioning, pricing, and business development strategies across East Africa.

  • You should currently be handling ticket sizes between USD 2-4 million per year.

  • Over 5 years of experience in channel partner business and channel sales and managing teams.

  • Extensive experience in negotiating terms and successfully closing large deals, including mega deal contracts.

  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and proven success in selling enterprise software applications such as HCM, ERP, etc., with experience in multi-channel go-to-market models.

  • Proven track record of achieving targets, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.
